    | 1. In a mixing bowl combine the chicken, salt, white pepper, garlic, cornstarch and oil. | 2. Heat a wok and lightly coat with oil. Add in the chicken and stir-fry for a minute add celery, water chestnut, pea and carrot, mushroom and green onion and stir-fry about 2 minute longer. Add in the chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes and season the mixture with salt and pepper. Ladle 1/2 cup chicken mixture cup and place into the center of the lettuce leafs.
