    | 1. Clean the chicken well and cut into cubes. | 2. Marinate it in a bowl alongwith soya sauce, baking soda, cornflour, salt, chilli powder and lemon juice. | 3. Add eggs and mix well. | 4. Allow to marinate for 2-3 hours. | 5. Heat oil in a wok. | 6. Fry the marinated chicken cubes in it. | 7. Drain excess oil on clean kitchen paper napkins. | 8. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp. | 9. of oil on medium flame. | 10. Add curry leaves and green chillies. | 11. Stir-fry for a minute. | 12. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame. | 13. Stir in the yoghurt. | 14. Add the fried chicken and mix well. | 15. Cook on slow flame for 15 minutes. | 16.
