    | 1. Cut fish fillet to small pieces. | 2. Dip each fish piece into the beaten egg, coat it evenly and drip off excess. | 3. Next coat fish pieces in salt and flour mixture. | 4. Shake off excess. | 5. In a bowl, mix together seasoning sauce- chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, lemon juice, sugar and sesame oil. | 6. Mix well. | 7. Set aside. | 8. Heat oil in a frying pan. | 9. Deep fry fish fillet, drain. | 10. In a saucepan, simmer seasoning sauce, stirring to thicken sauce. | 11. Once sauce thickens, remove from heat. | 12. Pour sauce over fish fillet. | 13.
