Remove the oil from the wok. | 8. Reheat the wok then add 2 T oil. | 9. Stir fry the onions and ginger root until fragrant. | 10. Add chicken wings, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper and water. | 11. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until liquid is reduced to a half cup. | 12. Thicken with cornstarch and water. | 13. Stir. | 14. Note from recipe: | 15.
