    | 1. Prepare tofu - drain all water out and cut into 1" cubes. | 2. Make sauce with water, soy sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar and peanut butter. Stir well and set aside. | 3. Heat a skillet on medium/medium high and add vegetable oil and sesame oil. | 4. Toss in chopped onions and saute until almost golden brown. Add other veggies if you wanted to have other veggies in your recipe. | 5. Add tofu and stir occasionally until brown on some sides. | 6. Add sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes. | 7.
