Check continually for texture, salt and pepper to taste. | 11. Refrigerate. | 12. Citrus Supremes: | 13. Peel citrus, removing all pith. | 14. Carefully slice citrus between sections to liberate sections. | 15. Reserve. | 16. Thai Pepper Essence: | 17. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour. | 18. Vanilla Oil: | 19.
