    | 1. Heat the oil over medium heat, in a large pan and add the garlic, shallots and ginger. Fry for 3 minutes. | 2. Add the pork and fry until golden brown about 5 - 8 minutes . | 3. Stir in the fish sauce, soya sauce, curry paste, brown sugar, lime leaves and fry for 3 minutes over high heat. | 4. Next add the tomatoes and cook 6 minutes, stir occasionally. | 5.
