Fold in the noodles, sauces, salt and the sesame oil. | 7. Toss to coat the noodles well in this mixture. | 8. Add prawns and toss again. | 9. Divide the meal into four individual portions. | 10. Place each portion in a cup with a lid and close the lid. | 11. Bake each cup for 10 minutes at 460C and bake or until the prawns are cooked. | 12. Serve hot with tomatoes and spring onions. | 13.
