    | 1. Scatter 1/2 onion in 10x6 inch glass baking dish. | 2. Place fish on top of onion pieces. | 3. Mix soy sauce, lime juice,coriander, red pepper, turmeric, salt and pepper. | 4. Pour over fish. | 5. Turn fish to coat with marinade. | 6. Cover with remaining onion slices. | 7. Cover dish tightly with plastic wrap. | 8. Refrigerate for several hours (3). | 9. Turn fish over again in marinade. | 10. Cover lightly with plastic wrap. | 11. Microwave on high power for 6 minutes. | 12. Rotate dish and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. | 13. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. | 14. Remove fish to platter. | 15.
