    | 1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot and fry the onions till golden. | 2. Add the garlic, curry powder and coriander, cook for two minutes. | 3. Add the meat and salt, cook till meat browns. | 4. Add the coconut milk, cover the pot and simmer for 40 mins stirring every five minutes. | 5. Add the beans and noodles, cook for 15 minutes. | 6. In a pan heat the remaining oil and butter, fry the rice till light golden colour. | 7. Cover the pan and remove from the heat, allow to stand. | 8.
