    | 1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in sauce pan and brown lamb and onions. | 2. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in frying pan and saute mushrooms, separately. | 3. Add to lamb and onions. Add hot water. | 4. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat. Simmer 10-15 minutes. | 5. Add salt & pepper to taste, and rosemary. | 6. Cook over low heat additional 10 minutes. | 7.
