    | 1. Sprinkle lemon juice, black pepper and 1 teaspoon salt on both sides of fish. | 2. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes. | 3. Stir in red pepper, turmeric, ground coriander and remaining salt. | 6. Cook for 30 seconds. | 7. Stir in tomatoes and 2 tablespoons cilantro. | 8. Remove and set aside. | 9. Add remaining oil to skillet, tipping pan to coat evenly. | 10. Add fish and top each piece with tomato mixture. | 11. Sprinkle with garam masala. | 12. Cover tightly, reduce heat to low, and cook until halibut is cooked through, 8-10 minutes. | 13.
