    | 1. In your grinder, grind together the spinach, corriander and green chilli with a little water, to make a smooth paste. | 2. Put into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, except the fish and oil. | 3. Mix well, then add the fish and mix it well to coat it in the mixture nicely. | 4. Keep aside to marinate for 25 minutes. | 5. Skewer the fish and barbecue for 10-12 minutes. | 6. Baste it with oil till its well done. | 7.
