    | 1. Sift gram flour, wheat flour and salt in a bowl. | 2. Add in 2 tbsps of ghee or oil. | 3. Gradually add water. | 4. Knead to a smooth dough. | 5. Add corriander powder, chillies, corriander leaves, garlic and onion. | 6. Knead well. | 7. Divide the dough into 8 parts. | 8. Shape them into round balls. | 9. Roll out each ball into a round disc of 3" diameter. | 10. Heat a griddle. | 11. Bake both sides for 2-3 seconds. | 12. Remove from heat and roll out again into a round disc of 5" diameter. | 13. Place it back to the griddle and spoon ghee or oil around the edges. | 14. Cook until both sides are golden brown in colour. | 15.
