    | 1. Remove stalk from cauliflowers. | 2. Boil cauliflower in salted water with 1 tsp. | 3. turmeric powder till half cooked. | 4. Heat oil in a large skillet. | 5. Add onions and saute until golden brown in colour. | 6. Add ginger and garlic pastes, cumin powder, corriander powder, 1 tsp. | 7. turmeric powder, garam masala powder and salt. | 8. Stir for half a minute. | 9. Add tomato puree. | 10. Cook till oil leaves the masala. | 11. Add the half boiled cauliflower. | 12. Cook on steam for 10 minutes. | 13.
