    | 1. Cut the fish into small pieces. | 2. Marinate them in turmeric, lime and salt for 30 minutes. | 3. Dry roast and grind together the Kashmiri chillies, corriander seeds, cumin seeds, aniseeds, cinnamon and methi seeds to obtain a powder. | 4. Pour oil in a wok. | 5. Add onions. | 6. Fry ginger, garlic and tomatoes. | 7. Add the powder (prepared above) and fish pieces. | 8. Cook, covered, till the fish is cooked and dry. | 9.
