    | 1. Boil 1 litre of water in a pot after adding 1 tbsp. | 2. oil and a little salt. | 3. Add the broken spaghetti. | 4. Cook for 10 minutes till it becomes soft. | 5. Drain. | 6. Wash with cold water. | 7. Keep aside. | 8. Soak the chillies in half a cup of water for 30 minutes. | 9. Deep fry the cottage cheese pieces till they are golden brown. | 10. Grind onions, ginger, garlic and red chillies in a blender bowl to a fine paste. | 11. In a pan, add 2 tbsps. | 12. of oil and fry the ground paste for 5 minutes. | 13. Add 1 cup of water. | 14. Cook for 5 minutes. | 15. Add 1/2 a tsp. | 16. of sugar and salt to taste. | 17. Add coconut milk. | 18. Boil for 2 minutes. | 19. Add the cottage cheese pieces. | 20. Remove from flame. | 21. Place the spaghetti in a plate. | 22. Pour the above prepared gravy over it. | 23. Garnish with spring onions. | 24.
