    | 1. In a skillet, heat oil. Add onions and saute until brown. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. In same skillet, fry cashews until brown, remove with slotted spoon and drain. Using same skillet, add raisins and cook until puffy; remove and drain. | 2. To skillet, add rice and saute until golden brown. Add water and next 7 ingredients. Heat to boiling.
