    | 1. Drain out the oil completely from the tuna can. | 2. Wash the tuna well and keep aside. | 3. Heat oil in a pan. | 4. Add onions. | 5. Saute until golden brown. | 6. Add capsicum and tomatoes. | 7. Saute for 5 minutes. | 8. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste. | 9. Stir well. | 10. Stir-fry until the raw smell of ginger and garlic in the paste is gone. | 11. Add tuna, spring onions, soya sauce and salt to taste. | 12. Fry for 5 minutes or until the mixture is totally dry. | 13.
