    | 1. Boil water in a large pot on high flame. | 2. Once the water has boiled, put the shark fish in it. | 3. Cover the pot with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes. | 4. Now, remove the skin of the shark and wash the shark well to make sure its clean. | 5. Apply salt and turmeric powder to the clean shark. | 6. Mash the shark as well as you can now. | 7. Keep aside. | 8. Heat oil in a wok. | 9. Add ginger and garlic. | 10. Stir-fry until the raw smell of both is gone. | 11. Toss in the onions now. | 12. Stir-fry until they turn brown. | 13. Add curry leaves and green chillies. | 14. Lower flame and saute for 2 minutes. | 15. Add turmeric, red chilli and black pepper powders, followed by salt, mixing well as you do so. | 16. Now add the mashed shark to this mixture. | 17. Mix well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes on low heat. | 18. Remove from flame. | 19. Garnish with corriander leaves. | 20.
