    | 1. Grind coconut, green chillies, salt and mint leaves in a mixer. | 2. Butter one slice of bread generously. | 3. Spread the ground green chutney over it evenly. | 4. Cover it with another slice of bread. | 5. Trim the edges of the bread. | 6. Cut it into triangle shape. | 7. Prepare about 6 sets of bread (12 slices= 6 sandwiches) in the same way. | 8. Arrange them evenly in a deep bowl. | 9. In another bowl, beat the sugar and yogurt. | 10. Pour it over the bread. | 11. Garnish with red chilli powder (to taste) and cilantro (chopped finely). | 12. Optionally, decorate with sev (either home-made or bought readymade from the market). | 13. Refrigerate it for half an hour. | 14.
