    | 1. Heat ghee in a pan. | 2. Add crushed red chillies and methi dana (fenugreek seeds). | 3. Allow to crackle. | 4. Remove from heat. | 5. Add chana dal. | 6. Bring back to flame. | 7. Add sitaphal and cook for a minute. | 8. Add corriander powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar and mango powder. | 9. Mix well. | 10. Add just a little water so as to make the sitaphal soft and easy to cook. | 11. Bring to a boil. | 12. Cover. | 13. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. | 14. Garnish with cilantro and ginger. | 15.
