    | 1. Remove the edges of the bread slices and start munching on them while you get started with this delicious breakfast treat. | 2. Cube the bread slices and keep aside. | 3. Then heat oil in a pan. | 4. Toss in the mustard seeds once the oil is hot. | 5. Allow to splutter. | 6. Once the seeds stop spluttering, add ginger, onions, green chillies and curry leaves. | 7. Stir-fry until the onions turn golden brown, the raw smell of the ginger is gone and the aroma of the curry leaves starts wafting through the air in your kitchen. | 8. This should take about 4-5 minutes. | 9. Mix in salt. | 10. Now, very gently, add the bread slices to the pan. | 11. Sprinkle some water over the slices. | 12. Cover with a lid. | 13. Cook for 8 minutes. | 14. Uncover. | 15. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice. | 16. Mix well. | 17. Cook, uncovered, for another 2-3 minutes. | 18. Mix well. | 19. Serve immediately (hot). | 20.
