    | 1. Put 1/4 cup oil in a pan. | 2. Add the filling ingredients. | 3. Mix well. | 4. Cook for a few minutes till the oil leaves the mixture and a wonderful aroma emerges. | 5. Remove from heat. | 6. Keep aside. | 7. Now start making the kachooris. | 8. For this, take all the kachori ingredients and mix well in a bowl until a dough is formed. | 9. (Mix using your hands like for rotis). | 10. Make small balls out of the mixture. | 11. Using a rolling pin, roll them out till about palm size (not very big). | 12. Put a little of the filling in each of the balls and roll the sides so as to seal the kachoori. | 13. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. | 14. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately! | 15.
