Make 10 balls from the mixture. | 5. Shape the balls into cutlets. | 6. Heat a non stick frying pan. | 7. Grease it with 2tbsp oil. | 8. Now place the prepared cutlets in the pan. | 9. and shallow fry till they are golden brown. | 10. on both sides. | 11.
