Caramelised Walnuts Made With Fresh Grape Juice

    | 1. Take aluminium foil and then line your oven tray with it. | 2. Brush it lightly with oil and set aside. | 3. Put the nuts on a dry oven tray. | 4. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C. | 5. Roast the nuts in the pre-heated oven for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. | 6. Remove from oven and allow to cool. | 7. Take a pan and in it, put the brown sugar, grape juice, salt and cinnamon. | 8. Stir and cook on medium flame{without boiling} until the sugar has melted completely. | 9. Bring it to a boil. | 10. Lower flame slightly and boil for 10-15 minutes or until the mixture turns into a thick syrup. | 11. Remove the pan from heat. | 12. Add the roasted walnuts. | 13. Stir well to coat the nuts in the delicious syrup. | 14. Line an oven tray with aluminium foil. | 15. Lift each walnut piece with a fork. | 16. Place it on the lined tray. | 17. Allow the caramelised walnuts to cool completely. | 18. Once the walnuts have cooled completely,store them in between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container. | 19.
