    | 1. Place the serving glasses in a refrigerator to be chilled. | 2. Boil the mangoes in a pot on medium heat. | 3. Allow to cool for some time. | 4. Then, extract the pulp out of each mango by squeezing it with your hands (between your palms). | 5. Keep a few mint leaves aside a few for garnishing. | 6. Add some water and then grind the remaining mint leaves in your grinder. | 7. Cut the lemons into thin circles. | 8. In a pan, mix the raw mango pulp, sugar, salt, rock salt and 2 cups of water. | 9. Cook on high heat for a minute. | 10. Add crushed peppercorns, roasted cumin powder and ground mint leaves. | 11. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. | 12. Remove from flame. | 13. Pass the mixture through a sieve. | 14. Just before serving, coat the rims of the chilled glasses with a piece of lemon. | 15. Pour the prepared drink into the glasses. | 16. Top it with chilled soda. | 17. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon wedge. | 18. Serve chilled. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
