    | 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or wok. | 2. Add onions and fry them till golden brown. | 3. Add tomatoes, and cook till soft. | 4. Add potato pieces, garam masala, chilli powder and salt. | 5. Cook on low flame for 4 minutes,stirring thoroughly. | 6. Add the paneer and green chillies and mix well. | 7. Keep aside. | 8. Coat one side of bread slices with butter and place on a hot tawa. | 9. Keep it on low flame till bread turns crisp only on one side. | 10. Cut the bread slices in triangular shapes. | 11. Now, spread the vegetable mixture on the uncooked side and garnish with coriander. | 12. Finish with tomato sauce and mint chutney (optional). | 13. NOTE:For the calorie conscious, dry toasting can be done instead of butter. | 14. But one side has to remain soft. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
