Do not brown the onion! | 7. Sprinkle the corn flour and contine to stir. | 8. Add lemon rind and dal puree. | 9. Boil. | 10. Keep stirring continously. | 11. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. | 12. When cool, add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. | 13. Strain and chill well. | 14.
