    | 1. Heat oil/ghee in a cooker. | 2. Fry garlic and ginger in the oil/ghee to a golden brown colour. | 3. Add onions and fry to a golden brown colour. | 4. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and cumin seeds (powdered). | 5. Mix well. | 6. Add the mutton pieces/mutton chops. | 7. Fry well. | 8. Add 3/4 cup of water. | 9. Cook under pressure for 10 minutes. | 10. In the meantime, to the yogurt, add the corriander leaves, mint leaves, methi leaves, spinach and green chillies (green masala mixture). | 11. Remove pressure from the cooker. | 12. Add the low-fat yogurt and green masala mixture to the mutton. | 13. Cook over low heat till the gravy thickens. | 14. There is no need to keep on stirring while the dish is cooking. | 15. Serve hot with rotis (Indian flatbreads) on a cold ROMANTIC night! | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
