    | 1. Put the chicken, salt and lemon juice in a bowl and mix together well. | 2. In a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, then add to the chicekn and stir to combine. | 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours, overnight if possible. | 4. When ready to cook, thread onto skewers and baste with some remaining marinade. | 5. Cook on the BBQ or under a hot grill for 15 minutes, turning and basting frequently. | 6.
