    | 1. To begin making this excellent very healthy and nutritious dish, first take a big bowl. | 2. Put into this bowl, all the ingredients mentioned under'soyabean dumplings' (except oil). | 3. Mix well, using your hands. | 4. Make small round balls out of this mixture. | 5. Keep aside. | 6. Now begin preparing the tomato sauce. | 7. For this, put oil in a pan. | 8. Add ajwain seeds and allow to splutter. | 9. Once they begin to splutter, add remaining ingredients (except cilantro). | 10. Stir well. | 11. Allow it to come to a boil. | 12. Lower heat, and allow it to simmer for a few minutes and then gradually slightly increase heat so as to let it come to a final boil. | 13. Put the dumplings made earlier into this. | 14. Coat dumplings well in tomato sauce prepared here. | 15.
