Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala. | 5. Add salt to taste. | 6. Add the boiled peas and potatoes. | 7. Add the chopped cilantro. | 8. Add the water and bring to a simmer. | 9. Serve with Indian Bread or Rice. | 10.
