    | 1. Drain beans, and bring to boil in plenty of fresh water. | 2. Cook until tender. | 3. Heat oil, and add cumin and sizzle approx 30 seconds. | 4. Add broccoli and tomatoes, stirring constantly. | 5. Add paprika, yoghurt and garlic. | 6. Mix and cook 7-8 minutes over a low heat. | 7. Add drained black eyed beans, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. | 8. Mix, and cook 2-3 minutes. | 9. Add 3/4 cup water and bring to the boil. | 10.
