    | 1. Put maida and yeast in a bowl. | 2. Pour water and mix. | 3. Add in the eggs, salt, icing sugar and butter. | 4. Mix well. | 5. Keep aside for 25 miutes. | 6. Now grease 2 moulds and pour the batter in this. | 7. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. | 8. Dip the baked savarins in sugar syrup. | 9. Now put 2 tbsp whipped cream and 1 tbsp custard in a bowl. | 10. Make a small hole in each of the savarins in the center. | 11. Put the whipped cream and custard mixture in the hole of each savarin. | 12. Garnish with strawberries and other seasonal fruits. | 13.
