    | 1. In a bowl, mix together flour, salt and a little water at a time. | 2. Add 1 tbls. ghee. | 3. Knead with hands until dough is soft and all water used. | 4. Let stand for 20 minutes. | 5. Heat a greased heavy griddle or frying pan. | 6. Shape dough into small tennis ball sized pieces, dust with flour and roll out | 7. until about 5 inches in diameter. | 8. Place on hot griddle and cook for a few minutes on each side. | 9. When bubbles appear on the surface, turn and cook other side again. | 10. Gently press down edges with a clean cloth, so bread cooks evenly. | 11. When it has brown spots, bread is ready. | 12.
