    | 1. Mix pear, garlic, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, ginger, sugar, sesame oil and bulgogi marinade. | 2. Cut meat into strips. | 3. Mix with marinade. Let marinade for at least 30 minutes. I usually marinade overnight. | 4. Cook Rice in rice cooker. | 5. Heat oil in pan. | 6. Pan fry small portions of the meat so it will sear both sides. Let sear 1 minute then check to turn. | 7.
