    | 1. Heat up about 1 1/2 cups water to simmer for soaking the wakame. | 2. Turn off and add dried wakame until soft and ready to add to soup. | 3. Boil 4 cups water. | 4. When boiling add 1 tsp instant dashi. | 5. Let boil for 2 minutes and add scallions and tofu. | 6. Put 4 Tblsp miso paste into small bowl or glass. | 7. Add some of the dashi broth to make a "slurry" BEFORE adding to broth. | 8. Add "slurry" to broth. | 9. Let boil 1 minute & REMOVE from heat. | 10. Add soaked wakame to broth and pour mixture into serving bowl. | 11. Enjoy! | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
