    | 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. | 2. Line baking sheets with foil or parchment. | 3. Combine rice syrup and both sesame oils in a small bowl, whisk to blend. | 4. Stir in cayenne. | 5. Tear each nori strip into 3 strips. | 6. Place strips on prepared baking sheets. | 7. Using pastry brush, thickly coat each strip w/ sesame-syrup mixture (whisk mixture occasionally). | 8. Sprinkle each strip with salt. | 9. Bake 10 minutes. | 10. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes to crisp. | 11. brush each strip again with the sesame-syrup mixture and sprinkle with salt. | 12.
