    | 1. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a saucepan, bring to the boil and allow to cool. | 2. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and place in a glass bowl. | 3. Cover with the marinade and marinate for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator. | 4. Drain meat, toss in flour and brown in hot oil. | 5. Cut pastry into 8 (4 1/2") rounds. Press into 3" muffin cups.
