    | 1. Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in water and sprinkle yeast over, leave in a warm place until frothy. | 2. Blend together cheese, onion, butter, salt, eggs and the remaining sugar. Set aside. | 3. Mix flour with oats and pour in yeast liquid, stir in cheese mixture & dill seeds. Knead until smooth. | 4. Place dough in a warm, greased bowl and cover with a damp tea-towel. Leave dough in a warm place until doubled in size. | 5. Knock back dough & in a 1.5L casserole, cover & let rise to double again. | 6.
