    | 1. Heat oven to 350°F Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. | 2. In a small sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey and baking soda to the butter and stir well. Remove from heat and set aside. | 3. Mix the flour, flax seed, oats, sugar, coconut and salt in a bowl. | 4. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. | 5. Roll dough into 12 balls and flatten with bottom of glass. Place on cookie sheet 2" apart. | 6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on sheet for 5 minutes. | 7.
