Toss in chicken and saute for 8-10 minutes or until browned. | 6. Add onion and garlic. | 7. Saute for 3 minutes. | 8. Fold in the next 7 ingredients. | 9. Increase heat and bring to a boil. | 10. Cover skillet once it comes to a boil and reduce heat. | 11. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender. | 12. Stir in lime juice. | 13. Transfer to a platter. | 14.
