Boil until caramelized. | 10. Stir in 1/4 cup cream and 1/2 cup macadamia nuts. | 11. Pour into the crust and freeze. | 12. Heat 1/4 cup cream and pour over the chopped chocolate. | 13. Stir in sour cream. | 14. Beat the remaining 1 cup of cream with the remaining sugar (2 tbs) and vanilla (1/2 tsp). | 15. Fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. | 16. Spread chocolate over caramel layer. | 17. Top with remaining cream and garnish with chocolate curls and remaining nuts (1/4 cup). | 18.
