    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Cook rice according to package directions. | 3. Saute diced onions and diced garlic in butter in a frying pan until translucent add ground turkey and brown. | 4. Add cumin, chili pwder,1 can tomatoes & mild chilies including liquid and 1 cup water stir well and cook until water is absorbed. | 5. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray layer ground turkey on bottom of dish then layer with frozen corn. | 6. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese on top of corn. | 7. Then add cooked yellow rice on top of cheese. | 8. Top rice with remainder of cheese. | 9. Cook in oven for 30-45 min or until cheese turns golden brown on top.
