    | 1. Slice loin into six cutlets and pound to about half their thickness between waxed paper. | 2. Place cutlets in a glass dish and set aside. | 3. Mix together all other ingredients and pour over the top of pork cutlets. | 4. Cover the top of the glass dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. | 5. Prior to cooking, drain marinade and reserve. | 6. Broil cutlets for 10 minutes or until they are just cooked through. | 7. While they are cooking, place the reserved marinade in a saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. | 8. At serving time, pour the cooked sauce over the cutlets. | 9.
