    | 1. Set oven for 350 degrees. | 2. Heat butter to saute' onion and garlic and saute for 2 minutes. | 3. Add jalapenos and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. | 4. Remove from heat and set aside. | 5. In a a large bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth and creamy. | 6. Beat in eggs, cumin, salt and pepper. | 7. Stir in mozzarella, onion mixture, chopped tomato and olives, mix well. | 8. Add spinach last, break apart while adding it to the dip. | 9. Stir together until well mixed. | 10. Pour into baking dish. | 11. Bake for 40 minutes uncovered. | 12. Stir well before serving. | 13.
