    | 1. Preheat oven to 350. | 2. Coat a baking dish with non stick spray. | 3. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. | 4. Add tomatoes and green chilies, tomato sauce, cumin,salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. | 5. In a small bowl combine sour cream and cream cheese. | 6. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of the 3 tortillas. | 7. Layer in the baking dish tortilla, meat mixture then cheese. Repeat 2 more times. | 8. Bake 30 minutes. | 9. This can be garnished with diced tomato,chopped green onions, shredded lettuce, black olives or guacamole.
