Add onion, bell and jalapeno peppers. | 8. Cook for 4 minutes. | 9. Stir in tomatoes, cook for 1 more minute. | 10. Stir in chocolate and next 4 ingredients. | 11. Add chops and water mixture back to the pan, bring to a boil. | 12.
