    | 1. Cut chicken strips across the grain in thin slices. Set aside. | 2. In medium mixing bowl, add eggs, oil, chili powder, ground cumin, salt and paprika. | 3. Add optional diced peppers if desired. Whisk until mixed. | 4. In separate bowl mix flour and baking powder. | 5. Add into egg mixture and add milk. Mix with spoon. Batter will be sticky and texture like peanut butter. | 6. Preheat oven 400°. | 7. Spray Pam on baking pan. | 8. Coat each slice or strip with batter. | 9. Place on pan. | 10. Bake 12 minutes. Take out of oven. | 11. Turn the strips over. Bake 5 more minutes. | 12. They will be flat on one side. | 13.
